Early Years Practitioner & Forest school Lead.

Lisa is an experienced practitioner and also a qualified forest school lead. She loves the outdoors and learning through nature. Lisa has a wealth of experience across all kinds of early years roles and we are excited for her to join us whilst Shannon is on Maternity Leave.

Lisa joined Appletrees in May 2026

Additional Training: Safeguarding level 2, Food Hygiene level 2,  The role of the Key Person, Whistleblowing & Potential barriers, Safe Sleeping, Adverse Childhood Experiences, Biting in Early Years, Breast Ironing, Child Protections, Child Sexual Exploitation, Disguised Compliance, English as an Additional Language, Female Genital Mutilations, Food Allergy Awareness, Fussy Eaters, Intimate care.

+ Lisa is a fully qualified level 3 first aider.
